Box Office Policies
Ordering Tickets Online
The easiest way to order tickets at Mosaic Place is to use this Web site with your Visa, or MasterCard. Use the calendar to locate the event you want to see. To place your order, hit the Buy Tickets button next to any event. Follow the prompts, and click Finish Order (you will need to create an account for all online & call centre orders).
Online Seat Selection
You may select your seat online and choose to have your tickets mailed or reserved in Will Call. When selecting your seat please remember row one (1) is ice level & row fifteen (15) is concourse level.
Ticket Convenience Fees
Mosaic Place Box Office will charge a $1.50 per ticket convenience fee for all online and call centre ticket orders. Convenience fees are waived for orders taken at the Box Office window.
Tickets Purchased More Than 10 Days Before a Show
Orders received more than 10 days before an event have the option to be mailed out with an additional $2.00 fee to the shipping address that you indicate via regular mail. Please Note: We DO NOT ship to P.O Box numbers. Mosaic Place Box Office is not responsible for any damaged or undelivered packages through Canada Post.
You may also request that we hold your tickets at Will Call. Mosaic Place Box Office is open Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, with extended hours on event nights. You must show photo ID and/or the credit card used to pick up tickets at Will Call.
Ordering Tickets by Phone
If you prefer to speak with the Mosaic Place Box Office please call us at 306-624-2050. Our hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, with extended hours on event nights. In addition, the Mosaic Place Box Office is open three hours prior to every event.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. If you are a Warriors Season Ticket Holder, for a small fee you may exchange tickets for an equal or higher priced ticket for Warrior games only, depending on ticket availability.
Refunds on tickets purchased are made for cancelled or postponed events only. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded.
Event Changes and Cancellations
In the event that an event is either cancelled or postponed, Mosaic Place Box Office will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. While Mosaic Place Box Office regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation that may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events’ organizers and venue operators, Mosaic Place Box Office cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.

Unable to Use Your Tickets?
All ticket sales are final. If you are not able to use your tickets, you may donate them back to the Mosaic Place Box Office and we will give them out.
Missing or Lost Tickets:
If your tickets do not arrive before an event, have been lost or left at home, come to the Box Office at least one hour before the event. Show a piece of photo ID and we will reprint your tickets. A $3.50 per ticket convenience fee will be charged for the reissue of all missing and lost tickets.
